Members of the Southwest Ohio Youth Wind Symphony are assessed a tuition fee to cover the general operating expenses incurred by the organization. The tuition for the Carnegie Hall series is $1955.00. This fee covers all the expenses of the trip, including hotels, all meals, charter coach, other inclusions as outlined, and the festival fees assessed by Manhattan Concert Productions.

Tuition is payable upon your acceptance of membership and is non-refundable in the event membership is terminated.

All members and parents will receive invoices through email (these will appear as coming from Square or American Youth Ensembles). Directions for paying by check, debit or credit card are on the invoice.

The payment schedule is as follows:

  • $ 250 Upon notification of acceptance
  • $ 450 February 15th
  • $ 450 March 15th
  • $ 450 April 15th
  • $ 355* May 15th (*or balance of total cost of trip)
